She developed her interest in finance and real estate at an early age, growing up in a household where both of her parents were accountants and actively involved in real estate investment and property ownership. This early exposure to financial discipline and asset management shaped her career path and inspired her to pursue a profession at the intersection of finance and real estate. Ola is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is currently pursuing her CPA designation, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional growth.
In her role at Josan Properties, Ola leads the company’s financial management functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow oversight, payroll, and multi-entity cost allocation. She works closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning, investment decision-making, and the continued growth of a diversified real estate portfolio. Known for her analytical rigor and strong attention to detail, Ola is instrumental in strengthening internal controls, enhancing financial systems, and ensuring accuracy and transparency across operations.
