Born and raised in Amritsar, India, Bill Josan immigrated to Canada with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and a determination to build a better future for his family. After working a variety of jobs to establish himself in his new home, he launched his career as a realtor in the mid-1980s, quickly developing a passion for real estate and the opportunities it created.
What began as a successful real estate career evolved into a growing portfolio of personal investments, ultimately laying the foundation for what is now Josan Properties. Through decades of vision, perseverance, and relationship-building, Bill helped transform a small entrepreneurial venture into a thriving commercial real estate business.
