Sheena Josan

Sheena Josan is Vice President, Legal & Investments at Josan Properties. Prior to joining Josan Properties, Sheena practised law for over a decade both in private practice and as in-house counsel for a major institution. Her breadth of expertise spans complex transactional work, strategic risk management, and supporting the operational growth of large organizations. Sheena holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School.

At Josan Properties, Sheena oversees legal strategy and supports growth and investment initiatives. She brings extensive experience in corporate, M&A and real estate law, with a strong focus on structuring and executing complex transactions. Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative approach, she combines legal insight with business acumen to support high-impact investment decisions and long-term value creation.
