Nishant is a hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in hotel operations, guest relations, and revenue management. His career began with renowned luxury hospitality brands, including Oberoi Hotels, where he developed strong expertise in reservations, strategic pricing, and operational efficiency. He has also gained experience within the coworking and commercial real estate sector, further strengthening his understanding of customer-focused operations and asset performance.
Nishant joined Josan Properties in 2019 and has since grown within the organization. He currently serves as General Manager at Chateau Canmore and District Manager – Canmore for Josan Properties, overseeing both the hotel operations and the residential condominium property, Bow Valley Chalets. In this role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations, guest and resident experience, revenue management, team coordination, and ensuring smooth operational performance across both properties. Nishant focuses on maintaining service standards while supporting sustainable revenue growth and operational efficiency.
