Olympia Marchand

Olympia Marchand has built a distinguished career in Commercial real estate management specializing in urban mixed-use portfolios, operational excellence, strong tenant relationships and sustainability initiatives. She currently serves as Vice President, Real Estate at Josan Properties, with nearly three decades of experience in commercial property management.

Olympia’s leadership focuses on maximizing net operating income through efficient operations and high-touch client service, while driving asset value via collaborative strategies and community development. Her active industry participation and Board Director roles (including Edmonton Downtown Business Association) make Olympia a highly recognized member of the Edmonton real estate community.

Olympia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Haskayne School of Business, is a Certified Executive Coach Practitioner and Certified Leadership Coach through the Canadian Coaches Federation and is a Licensed Associate in Property Management and Residential Real Estate, with the Real Estate Council of Alberta. Olympia is currently enrolled with AREA for her license in Rural AB. Olympia is known for her advocacy for downtown safety and vibrancy, has sat on numerous committees with the City of Edmonton, including Pedway Safety and with BOMA and believes that together, we are stronger, in the communities she serves.
